The Music Cities Community is the first-ever platform gathering knowledge, best practices and professionals on the topic of music cities. We bring together people in every profession and sector using music to create more value in towns and cities all over the world and we're committed to learning, sharing and networking to ensure that every city is a music city.

What kind of content do I get access to?

An ever-expanding library of panels and presentations recorded at our global Music Cities Events, exclusive live webinars, Q&As, keynotes and networking sessions, access to our member directory and forum and more.

Do I receive any other benefits with my subscription?

In addition to all the benefits included in the Standard Plan, Premium subscribers will receive -40% discount on all Music Cities Events conferences and forums -Free access to our twice-yearly online Global MCX -Access to our Music Cities Mentorship Programme, with up to 6 curated one-on-one meetings with specialized music cities experts.

How much is the membership fee?

The Standard Plan is $20/month or $200/year and the Premium Plan is $40/month or $400/year. We also have a Student plan for $10/month or $100/year and offer group subscriptions for cities and organizations.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes. Every plan comes with a 1-month free trial.

How do I set up an account?

How can I submit my payments?

You'll only need to enter your card details once when setting up your account. We use Stripe as main payment processor, which uses secure connections and encrypts all sensitive data. Read more about Stripe's security protocols here.

On what devices can I access the content?

The Music Cities Community platform is accessible from anywhere on any device, including laptops, smartphones, tablets and more.

Do I need to be from a certain country to join the Community?

Absolutely not. You can be based anywhere in the world.

In what language are the videos?

Videos are currently in English, but we're looking into adding a multilingual subtitling service.

Can I download content or share it with friends / colleagues?

No, but we have special discounted group subscription fees for organizations wishing to subscribe teams, classes and more. Just get in touch with Alice at for more info.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Once you've done that, the renewal date in your subscription details becomes the end date. You'll no longer be charged for the subscription, but can continue to access it until this date.

How is my data protected?

All personal data submitted as part of your membership won't be used or shared with anyone unless you willingly do so by signing up to our Community Directory & Forum. Your subscription is managed by Memberspace, which is GDPR and SCA compliant. Read more about this here.
