  • What is the Music Cities Community?
    We are a community of people in every profession and sector using music to create more value in towns and cities around the world. We're committed to learning, sharing and networking to ensure that every town and city is advocating for music.
  • Why should I subscribe?
    Music Cities Community is the go-to place for everyone wishing to network, learn and share knowledge on the topic of music cities. Check out all the beneits by heading the Community!
  • How much is the membership fee?
    The Standard Plan is $19.99/month or $199.99/year and the Premium Plan is $39.99/month or $399.99/year. We also have a Student plan for $4.99/month or $49.99/year and offer group subscriptions for cities and organisations.
  • How do I set up an account?
    Head to the Music Cities Community to check out all our plans and set up an account with just a few clicks: https://www.musiccitiescommunity.com/feed
  • How can I submit my payments?
    You'll only need to enter your card details once when setting up your account. We use Stripe as main payment processor, which uses secure connections and encrypts all sensitive data. Read more about Stripe's security protocols here: https://stripe.com/docs/security/stripe
  • On what devices can I access the content?
    The Music Cities Community platform is accessible from anywhere on any device, including laptops, smartphones, tablets and more.
  • Do I need to be from a certain country to join the Community?
    Absolutely not. You can be based anywhere in the world.
  • In what language are the videos?
    Videos are currently in English, but we're looking into adding a multilingual subtitling service.
  • Can I download content or share it with friends / colleagues?
    No, but we have special discounted group subscription fees for organisations wishing to subscribe teams, classes and more. Just get in touch with Saria at saria@sounddiplomacy.com for more info.
  • Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
    Yes, you can cancel your paid subscription at any time. Once you've done that, the renewal date in your subscription details becomes the end date and you'll no longer be charged for the subscription, but can continue to access it until this date.
  • How is my data protected?
    All personal data submitted as part of your membership won't be used or shared with anyone unless you willingly do so by signing up to our Community Directory & Forum. Your subscription is managed by Memberspace, which is GDPR and SCA compliant. Read more about this here: https://www.memberspace.com/privacy/
